Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Safeguard store assets against theft through vigilant surveillance and adherence to Sephora's policies on apprehension and evidence preservation.
- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter potential theft.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Foster professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide training to new hires and ongoing education to employees on loss prevention strategies.
- Conduct store self-audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to the leadership team.
- Assist with inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans.
- Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail setting.
- Meet all licensing requirements as dictated by local jurisdiction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to work across multiple locations within a market.
A minimum of 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment is required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
