1. Safeguard store assets against theft through vigilant surveillance and adherence to Sephora's policies on apprehension and evidence preservation.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter potential theft.
3. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Foster professional relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
5. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
6. Provide training to new hires and ongoing education to employees on loss prevention strategies.
7. Conduct store self-audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to the leadership team.
8. Assist with inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail setting.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as dictated by local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Capability to work across multiple locations within a market.

A minimum of 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment is required.

High School diploma or equivalent.
