1. Safeguard store assets against theft through surveillance and adherence to legal and company policies.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and deter external theft.
3. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations.
4. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, and mall security.
5. Provide training to new hires and ongoing employee education on loss prevention.
6. Conduct store audits, safety inspections, and communicate findings to leadership.
7. Assist with inventory preparation and collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to meet and maintain all licensing requirements as per provincial or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
3. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
4. Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
