1. Protect store assets against theft and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
6. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
