1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, spending 75-80% of time to deter theft and support service.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports related to asset protection efforts.
8. Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Represent Sephora in legal proceedings if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
4. Comfort with CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
