1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection strategies.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support customer service.
4. Collaborate with store management to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Conduct audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
3. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
4. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
5. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
