1. Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through active participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work across multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
