1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness by participating in store meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare timely and comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
