Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, spending 75-80% of time deterring theft, supporting service, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports for asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in conflict de-escalation techniques.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
