1. Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with staff and customers.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support a safe environment.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Professionally de-escalate situations, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Conflict de-escalation skills.
4. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
