1. Protect store assets against theft and ensure product availability.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Enhance store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the selling floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Proficiency in using CCTV systems and exception-based reporting tools.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and staff.
4. Attention to detail in preparing reports and documentation.

At least 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
