1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness through participation in meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of Sephora in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as per state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

At least one year of experience in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection within a service-oriented environment is required.

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
