1. Enhance and sustain store asset protection awareness through active participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
4. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
5. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
6. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
7. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
8. Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
