- Enhance and sustain store asset protection awareness through active participation in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and execute Safety and Shrink Plans.
- Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the District Asset Protection Manager.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
- Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
- Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.
Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
