1. Protect store assets against theft and shrinkage.
2. Collaborate with the District Asset Protection Manager and store leadership to develop and execute Safety & Shrink Plans.
3. Increase store Asset Protection awareness through participation in meetings and trainings.
4. Support store leadership and staff during peak hours on the sales floor.
5. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
6. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
8. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Provide support across multiple store locations if needed.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.
2. Ability to satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by state or local jurisdiction.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Minimum of 1 year in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection in a service environment.

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
