Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, dedicating 75-80% of time to deterring theft and supporting service.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple store locations as needed.
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
