1. Promote safety and awareness through regular meetings and training sessions.
2. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support a safe environment.
3. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
4. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
5. De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
6. Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
7. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
8. Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.

1. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
2. Proficient in conflict de-escalation.
3. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
4. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years of experience in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
