1. Promote safety and awareness among clients and employees.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support service, spending 75-80% of time in this capacity.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Provide support across multiple locations as needed.
10. Represent Sephora in court if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Conflict de-escalation skills.
4. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$23.00 - $27.12 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
