1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection strategies and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft, support customer service, and ensure a safe environment.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
6. Professionally de-escalate situations, prioritizing safety and the client experience.
7. Conduct audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Represent Sephora in court proceedings if necessary.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
2. Understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety protocols.
3. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
4. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
5. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
