Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection strategies and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft, support customer service, and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
- Professionally de-escalate situations, prioritizing safety and the client experience.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if necessary.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
- Proficient in the use of surveillance and reporting technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
