1. Enhance and maintain store asset protection awareness by participating in meetings and trainings.
2. Support store leadership during peak hours on the sales floor.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support and work across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
3. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.
4. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as mandated by state or local jurisdictions.

A minimum of one year in operations, loss prevention, security, or asset protection in a service-oriented environment is required.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
