1. Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
2. Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, spending 75-80% of time deterring theft and supporting service.
4. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
5. Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
6. Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
7. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
8. Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
9. Support multiple store locations as needed.
10. Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Conflict de-escalation skills.
4. Proficiency with CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$19.50 - $25.88 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
