1. Enhance and sustain store Asset Protection awareness through participation in store meetings and training sessions.
2. Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement Safety and Shrink Plans.
3. Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations.
5. Adhere to legal and company policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
6. Testify in court for company-related criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Provide support across multiple store locations if necessary.

1. Minimum of 1-year experience in Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection within a service environment.
2. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, with or without accommodation.

Minimum of 1 year in a related field such as Operations, Loss Prevention, Security, or Asset Protection.

$21.00 - $24.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
