Sephora Asset Protection Partner

- Maintain a visible store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft, support client service, and promote a safe environment.
- Monitor CCTV and loss-prevention reporting tools to detect, investigate and document incidents and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement shrink-reduction and safety strategies.
- Respond to incidents, perform professional de-escalation, and prioritize client and employee safety while preserving the client experience.
- Execute asset protection audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple store locations as needed and represent the company in legal processes, including testifying in court when required.
- Lead or participate in training and meetings to reinforce safety protocols and asset protection best practices.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week) required.
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation skills and experience handling sensitive incidents calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss-prevention/reporting tools; strong attention to detail for investigative and audit work.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform duties across the salesfloor.

1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention with hands-on experience in shrink reduction and incident management.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security, loss prevention or related fields preferred.
