1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations committed by employees to direct supervisor.
2. Observe, apprehend, or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory data to detect dishonest activity.
4. Assist with internal investigations and interviews.
5. Ensure compliance with laws and Sephora policies regarding investigations and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and via CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court for cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates on loss prevention practices.
10. Maintain professional relationships with warehouse personnel, law enforcement, and other retailers.
11. Serve as a mentor for new and existing agents and security staff.
12. Review and approve security staff schedules.

1. High School graduate or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficient in interviewing and listening.
3. Intermediate computer skills.
4. Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
5. Skill in de-escalating volatile situations.
6. Capacity to work independently.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail environment, preferably with some experience in Supply Chain.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $23.00 - $24.60 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
