Sephora Area Manager
Sephora, a distinguished entity within the global luxury conglomerate LVMH, is a leader in the beauty retail sector. Renowned for its innovative approach to beauty and its commitment to diversity and discovery, Sephora operates approximately 30 stores across Australia and New Zealand, with a robust online presence and plans for continued expansion.
- Lead and manage three stores in Western Australia, ensuring alignment with Sephora's brand values and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales potential, including accurate sales forecasting and staffing alignment.
- Create action plans to increase profitability and control variable expenses by evaluating the P&L monthly.
- Innovate within the store network and share best practices to enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee payroll and budget management, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and policies.
- Conduct store visits to evaluate business opportunities and improve sales growth, profitability, and client service.
- Establish relationships with key field partners to meet store network needs and maximize sales and profitability.
- Drive operational initiatives, including brand events and visual merchandising, to represent the Sephora brand and culture.
- Maintain a strong and positive culture, fostering feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs to measure performance and achieve business goals.
- 2+ years of multi-store management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a high-paced retail environment.
