Sephora Area Loss Prevention Investigator

- Serve as a trainer for new Loss Prevention Agents and assist in the development of existing Agents.
- Collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft using various tools.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards across assigned stores.
- Support the hiring process and conduct OPEX Evaluations as required.
- Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs and review exception reports to detect internal activity.
- Act as a witness during internal interviews where applicable.
- Prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
- Conduct Store Tours with leadership teams, complete Store Tour Notes, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district.
- Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
- Conduct Agent onboarding and attend District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to various learning styles.
- Leadership skills to maintain professional relationships with brand partners and stakeholders.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail setting is required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
