1. Serve as a trainer for new Loss Prevention Agents and assist in the development of existing Agents.
2. Collaborate with the District Loss Prevention Manager to detect internal theft using various tools.
3. Ensure adherence to Sephora Loss Prevention standards across assigned stores.
4. Support the hiring process and conduct OPEX Evaluations as required.
5. Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs and review exception reports to detect internal activity.
6. Act as a witness during internal interviews where applicable.
7. Prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager.
8. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
9. Conduct Store Tours with leadership teams, complete Store Tour Notes, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
10. Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district.
11. Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
12. Conduct Agent onboarding and attend District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the District Loss Prevention Manager.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Current licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local jurisdiction.

4. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Flexibility to adapt to various learning styles.
6. Leadership skills to maintain professional relationships with brand partners and stakeholders.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail setting is required.

High School diploma or equivalent.
