1. Implement and oversee all Loss Prevention Programs across assigned stores.
2. Analyze exception reports and cash variances to identify internal theft.
3. Serve as a witness during internal interviews as necessary.
4. Prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager.
5. Facilitate training and development for new and existing Loss Prevention Agents.
6. Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
7. Conduct comprehensive Store Tours with leadership teams, documenting findings and recommendations.
8. Review and approve Agent schedules within the district.
9. Assist high-shrink stores with inventory preparation.
10. Conduct Agent onboarding and OPEX evaluations as needed.
11. Represent the District Loss Prevention Manager in meetings and trainings when required.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Current licensing as required by provincial or local jurisdiction.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
4. Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

A minimum of two years in a retail Loss Prevention role is required.

High School diploma or equivalent.
