- Implement and oversee all Loss Prevention Programs across assigned stores.
- Analyze exception reports and cash variances to identify internal theft.
- Serve as a witness during internal interviews as necessary.
- Prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Facilitate training and development for new and existing Loss Prevention Agents.
- Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
- Conduct comprehensive Store Tours with leadership teams, documenting findings and recommendations.
- Review and approve Agent schedules within the district.
- Assist high-shrink stores with inventory preparation.
- Conduct Agent onboarding and OPEX evaluations as needed.
- Represent the District Loss Prevention Manager in meetings and trainings when required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current licensing as required by provincial or local jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
A minimum of two years in a retail Loss Prevention role is required.
