Responsibilities
- Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs.
- Review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal activity.
- Act as a witness to internal interviews where applicable.
- Prepare a Market and Agent recap for the District Loss Prevention Manager weekly.
- Assist in the training and development of Agents.
- Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitzes.
- Conduct Store Tours with store leadership teams and complete Store Tour Notes.
- Review and approve Agents' schedules within the assigned district.
- Assist high shrink stores with inventory preparation.
- Conduct Agent on-boarding and OPEX evaluations where applicable.
- Attend and present at District meetings and cast cluster trainings in the absence of the District Loss Prevention Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current licensing requirements as required by provincial or local jurisdiction.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to oversee a multi-store district.

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
