- Gather recruitment needs from store operations and Sales Managers for permanent and apprenticeship roles.
- Manage the apprenticeship campaign (e.g., Sales Advisors and Sales Managers): create, publish and promote job adverts across job boards and social media.
- Source talent via CV databases, social media and school partnerships; build and maintain a candidate pipeline for retail roles.
- Pre‑qualify candidates, present shortlists to Store Directors and Regional Directors, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face interviews and participate in recruitment events and careers fairs to promote the employer brand.
- Develop and animate relationships with key academic partners and propose innovative, digital and engaging employer‑branding initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and support initiatives that drive business development.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Curious, proactive and creative with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear business orientation.
- Comfortable with social media and digital tools for sourcing and employer branding.
- Team‑player with a customer‑service mindset, attention to detail and adaptability in a fast‑moving environment.

Early‑career profile appropriate for an apprenticeship: no extensive professional experience required. Previous internships or experience in recruitment/HR or retail recruitment would be an asset.
Currently pursuing a Master-level degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent.
