Sephora Analytics Engineer

1. Translate business needs and complex SQL queries into scalable, reusable data models using DBT.
2. Develop insightful dashboards that support decision-making by understanding complex business requirements.
3. Build secure and scalable ELT data pipelines in Airflow and Google Cloud Platform.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data assets to ensure clarity and consistency.
5. Manage the integrity and quality of all data assets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
6. Continuously improve the performance of DBT models by applying best practices in query design and data transformations.
7. Collaborate with scrum masters, product managers, business stakeholders, and peers to develop iteratively in sprints following agile processes.

1. At least 2 years of experience in the data space as an analytics engineer or data analyst.

1. Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT.
2. Knowledge of Big Query.
3. Basic knowledge of Python programming.
4. Experience in building ETL or ELT pipelines, with Airflow knowledge as a plus.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards, with DOMO or PowerBI knowledge as a plus.
6. Ability to connect technical implementation work with business context.

At least 2 years in the data space as an analytics engineer or data analyst.
