1. Serve as the technical solution owner, shaping and delivering end-to-end solutions for core digital systems and assets.
2. Balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and long-term evolution to drive initiatives that enable innovation, scalability, and growth.
3. Act as a liaison between technology and business, translating strategic goals into feasible, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
4. Lead digital solution blueprinting, including technology stack selection, module boundaries, interfaces/protocols, and evolution roadmaps.
5. Translate business roadmaps into digital strategies, focusing on high-concurrency transactions, large-scale data processing, and global deployment.
6. Evaluate and approve critical technologies with clear comparative assessments and risk trade-offs.
7. Own solution governance, conduct periodic solution reviews, and plan refactoring and technical debt pay down.
8. Perform solution reviews for major projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and risk controls.
9. Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, such as distributed consistency, peak traffic handling, and cross-region resilience.
10. Collaborate with Product, Project Management, Development, QA, Security, Operations, and other relevant teams to align priorities and ensure successful solution delivery.
11. Drive proofs of concept and technology radar updates to assess and adopt emerging technologies.
12. Design secure-by-design solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
2. 8+ years in software design and development, with experience in delivering large-scale e-commerce systems preferred.
3. Mastery of layered architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and distributed systems principles.
4. Proficiency in Java and understanding of Kubernetes/Docker.
5. Expertise in relational and NoSQL design and optimization; familiarity with big data components is a plus.
6. Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps toolchains.
7. Strong business acumen to align technology with value creation.
8. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
9. Proven problem-solving and decision-making under uncertainty.
10. Ability to mentor and grow technical talent.
