1. Assist the Advertising Manager in managing advertising campaigns across Europe and France with selective and exclusive brands.
2. Gather country-specific needs and brand assets for campaign creation.
3. Create toolboxes with available assets and brief external agencies for video, digital, and print materials.
4. Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines for campaigns to various countries.
5. Ensure media graphic charter compliance and validate materials with the legal department.
6. Support the development and monitoring of institutional campaigns such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
7. Aid in the adaptation of the institutional campaign 'The Unlimited Power of Beauty' across various advertising formats.
8. Prepare presentations for high-stakes campaigns to assist countries in media planning.
9. Conduct monthly competitive analysis on advertising materials and campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or with an advertiser is ideal.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

1. Proactive, curious, and meticulous with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Strong affinity for the luxury, fashion, beauty, and media industries.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable about image formats (psd, jpeg).
4. Understanding of digital formats (social media, display) is advantageous.
