Sephora Administrative Supervisor

- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of supplies, test items, and samples.
- Ensure fire hydrants are within the validity period.
- Communicate stock issues, inquiries, and critical points to relevant departments.
- Assist in stage and backstage prevention.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, vacation scheduling, timekeeping, benefits, and occupational health.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in POS and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of KPI management.
- Experience in stock management and product validity control.
- Previous leadership experience in retail settings.
Previous experience in leadership roles within the retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in related fields.
