Sephora Administrative Supervisor

- Support store management with a focus on operations, inventory, and administrative processes.
- Ensure execution of inventory management, merchandise receipt, cash control, and store maintenance.
- Act as a reference for organization, safety, and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist the HR team with processes such as admissions, vacations, schedules, and benefits.
- Serve as a support point for the team and manager, assuming leadership when necessary.
- Completion of secondary education (higher education is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative routines and/or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required.

A minimum of 3 years in administrative or inventory management roles is required.
