Sephora Administration Analyst

- Generate selection matrices, service orders, and contracts with vendors and commercial partners.
- Analyze data and budget status reports in alignment with internal processes, including PO requests, GRs, payment scheduling, and invoice entry.
- Manage merchandise exit requests.
- Review the status of merchandise reception at distribution centers and corporate locations.
- Administer and monitor inventory of testers and furniture in storage.
- Handle the supplier portfolio.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Competence in inventory management.
Experience in administrative roles within retail or related industries is preferred.
