Sephora Accounts Receivable Accountant

1. Ensure accurate and timely collection of revenue.
2. Assist with sales integration tasks and resolve discrepancies.
3. Conduct sub-bank clearing operations and reconcile transactions.
4. Create and verify the accuracy of invoices.
5. Participate in month-end closing processes and assist with AR-related account reconciliation.
6. Maintain accurate customer master data within the ERP system.
7. Clear incoming payments and reconcile with outstanding invoices.
8. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting function.

1. Experience with large ERP systems, SAP preferred.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for vendor and team interaction.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic, solution-oriented environment.

A minimum of 2 years in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to large ERP systems such as SAP.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
