Sephora Accounts Payable Manager

- Oversee the accounts payable function for indirect spending, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tracking purchase orders and invoices.
- Lead the procure-to-pay (P2P) and travel & expense (T&E) accounting systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline accounting processes and systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts payable team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve bi-weekly payment proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting with a focus on accounts payable.
- Experience in the retail beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Extensive experience with accounting systems and software, particularly in procure-to-pay (P2P) and travel & expense (T&E).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3-4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, and experience in the retail beauty industry is highly desirable.
The annual base salary range for this position is $132,100.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
