1. Ensure the proper application of accounting rules, processes, and controls related to purchasing, invoicing, and payment flows for European subsidiaries.
2. Manage several expense items, maintaining contact with buyers, suppliers, and finance controllers.
3. Integrate auxiliary supplier accounting for a European subsidiary within the Saran CSP.
4. Control and account for invoices based on commitments declared by country department purchasing managers.
5. Monitor litigation invoices in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
6. Analyze supplier account statements and manage reminders.
7. Follow up on supplier balances and process invoice payments.
8. Prepare and execute weekly payment campaigns.
9. Oversee payment campaigns using operational and project modes.
10. Ensure monthly closing operations in coordination with finance controlling.

1. Graduated with a minimum BAC+2 in accounting or a related field.
2. Professional experience in an international company is ideal.

2. Strong relational and listening skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
3. Excellent prioritization and analytical skills.
4. Responsiveness, rigor, and autonomy.
5. Proficiency in IT, with SAP knowledge being an advantage.
6. Operational English skills are appreciated.

Professional experience in an international company is ideal.

Minimum BAC+2 in accounting or a related field.
