Accounts Payable Accountant

1. Ensure proper application of accounting rules, processes, and controls related to purchasing, invoicing, and payment flows for European subsidiaries.
2. Integrate the accounting treatment of auxiliary supplier accounting within the Saran CSP.
3. Control and account for invoices based on commitments declared by purchasers and country department managers.
4. Monitor litigation invoices with the Supply Chain team.
5. Analyze supplier account statements and reminders.
6. Follow up on supplier balances and process invoice payments.
7. Prepare weekly payment campaigns.
8. Monitor payment campaigns robot in both operational and project modes.
9. Ensure monthly closing operations in collaboration with finance controlling.

1. Graduated with a minimum BAC+2.
2. Professional experience ideally in an international company.
