Sephora Accounting Coordinator

1. Coordinate and execute accounting processes in Portugal, supporting the Iberia perimeter.
2. Ensure fiscal compliance and accurate financial reporting to the Group.
3. Perform and coordinate accounting entries, reconciliations, and related operations.
4. Complete monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with accounting standards.
5. Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
6. Validate, prepare, and submit all tax declarations, ensuring full legislative compliance.
7. Coordinate and support tax, internal, and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
8. Prepare and submit balance sheet reportings and additional financial reports for the Group.
9. Analyze accounts, results, and variances, proposing improvements to processes and controls.
10. Support and coordinate daily activities of the accounting function, providing technical guidance.
11. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
2. Registered with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC).

1. Strong knowledge of Portuguese general accounting and tax legislation.
2. Experience preparing financial statements and reporting packages.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Solid experience working with SAP.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial results.
6. High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
7. Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Integrity, ethics, and strict confidentiality.

At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably with coordination responsibilities. Previous experience with SAP is highly valued.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
