Sephora Accounting Coordinator

- Coordinate and execute accounting processes in Portugal, supporting the Iberia perimeter.
- Ensure fiscal compliance and accurate financial reporting to the Group.
- Perform and coordinate accounting entries, reconciliations, and related operations.
- Complete monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Validate, prepare, and submit all tax declarations, ensuring full legislative compliance.
- Coordinate and support tax, internal, and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare and submit balance sheet reportings and additional financial reports for the Group.
- Analyze accounts, results, and variances, proposing improvements to processes and controls.
- Support and coordinate daily activities of the accounting function, providing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Registered with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC).
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese general accounting and tax legislation.
- Experience preparing financial statements and reporting packages.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid experience working with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial results.
- High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Integrity, ethics, and strict confidentiality.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably with coordination responsibilities. Previous experience with SAP is highly valued.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
