Sephora Accounting and Reporting Manager

- Lead and mentor a team of six accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee financial processing and interdepartmental coordination with back-office teams in Indonesia.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial closings in compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain a robust internal control environment, adhering to LVMH policies.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, providing accurate cost projections and variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors and facilitate smooth audit closures.
- Support tax filings and compliance, working with tax advisors and government authorities.
- Oversee collection reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate on special projects and support the overall financial strategy.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven track record as a successful team leader.
- Expert knowledge of SAP and IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence at various organizational levels.
- Dynamic, agile, proactive problem solver.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within multinational and large-scale companies. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent accounting qualifications.
