Sephora Accounting and Reporting Manager

1. Lead and mentor a team of six accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Oversee financial processing and interdepartmental coordination with back-office teams in Indonesia.
3. Ensure timely and accurate financial closings in compliance with accounting standards.
4. Maintain a robust internal control environment, adhering to LVMH policies.
5. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, providing accurate cost projections and variance analysis.
6. Liaise with external auditors and facilitate smooth audit closures.
7. Support tax filings and compliance, working with tax advisors and government authorities.
8. Oversee collection reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
9. Drive continuous improvement in accounting and reconciliation processes.
10. Collaborate on special projects and support the overall financial strategy.

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent accounting qualifications.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
3. Proven track record as a successful team leader.

1. Expert knowledge of SAP and IFRS.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Ability to influence at various organizational levels.
5. Dynamic, agile, proactive problem solver.
6. Fluent in English.

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within multinational and large-scale companies. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
