1. Support the Senior Manager, Inventory with tasks related to inventory management.
2. Involve in accounting for the month-end and quarter-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
3. Support the Loyalty team with Beauty Insider initiatives, including reviewing financial impacts of BI redemptions and variance analysis.
4. Work with distribution centers to assist with manual inventory corrections/adjustments related to RTVs and shipments.
5. Act as point of contact for stores to resolve shipment discrepancies and adjust on-hand inventory.
6. Reconcile store physical inventories, including reviewing recounts and making necessary adjustments.
7. Identify and drive efficiencies within existing internal processes.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and external audit requirements.
9. Assist with annual audit preparations.

1. 2+ years of Inventory and/or General Ledger Accounting experience.

1. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot table).
2. Ability to pick up responsibilities quickly and work with limited directions.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Exposure and proficiency with SAP/S4 Hana preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

2+ years of Inventory and/or General Ledger Accounting experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
