1. Support the Senior Manager, Inventory with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
2. Assist the Loyalty team with Beauty Insider initiatives, reviewing financial impacts of redemptions and conducting variance analysis.
3. Collaborate with distribution centers to manage manual inventory corrections and adjustments related to RTVs and shipments.
4. Serve as the point of contact for retail stores to resolve shipment discrepancies and adjust on-hand inventory.
5. Reconcile store physical inventories, reviewing recounts and making necessary system adjustments.
6. Identify and drive efficiencies within internal processes to streamline workload for corporate and distribution centers.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements regarding inventory and cost of goods sold.
8. Assist with annual audits, providing support and responding to auditor inquiries.

1. 2+ years of experience in Inventory and/or General Ledger Accounting.
2. Exposure and proficiency with SAP/S4 Hana preferred.

1. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within Finance and with other Business Partners.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
4. Quick learner with new systems.

2+ years of experience in Inventory and/or General Ledger Accounting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
