Sephora Account Manager

- Manage and implement Sephora Collection Makeup & Accessories brand strategies for the North American market.
- Ensure makeup & accessories brand sales targets are achieved throughout North America.
- Communicate and reinforce the brand’s global strategic vision with business partners.
- Foster effective relationships with cross-functional partners globally and throughout the North American region.
- Collaborate with North American merchandising teams on merchandising strategies and assortment management.
- Identify opportunities in the assortments to maximize sales and limit inventory liabilities.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Operations on updates, brand expression, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with Inventory Management teams on new product forecasting and end-of-life strategy.
- Create and own weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to leaders and executive teams.
- Maintain current business knowledge and insights, providing regular updates to North American and global partners.
- Represent the brand in various settings, from executive meetings to informal working sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in category, sales, or merchandising management experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to analyze business trends and opportunities.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing ambiguity.
- Ability to plan and align objectives to achieve KPIs.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel.
5+ years in category, sales, or merchandising management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $126,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
