1. Manage the entire purchasing and development process for new accessory projects, ensuring coordination and implementation.
2. Analyze briefs and challenge needs, construct and follow retro-planning, and animate project teams.
3. Select suppliers in alignment with purchasing strategies and launch calls for tenders.
4. Conduct margin simulations and propose optimization levers to meet objectives.
5. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivities, ensuring legal compliance.
6. Oversee supplier performance, reliability, and quality, maintaining active collaboration with strategic suppliers.
7. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, monitor market trends, and identify business alerts.
8. Ensure economic and operational performance, manage contracts, and handle data in SAP.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, development, project management, or operations, preferably in cosmetics.
