- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to employees with disabilities within the Sephora Distribution Centers.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote an inclusive and accessible work environment.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees seeking assistance with disability-related and accommodation issues.
- Manage employee records related to disability accommodations.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of employees with disabilities.
- Support performance management processes to ensure fair and equitable evaluations for employees with disabilities.
- Develop and implement HR policies related to disability support.
- Provide training to HR staff and managers on disability-related issues.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with benefits administration.
- Participate in employee relations activities to ensure a positive work environment.
- Serve as company ambassador in the community for individuals with disabilities.
- Own and drive external partnerships with community and local organizations to advance inclusion and equity.
- Facilitate DC Accessibility Training Program and manage all hiring and onboarding steps for program participants.
- Travel as needed to provide support and regular check-ins.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations for employees with disabilities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on corrective actions and disciplinary measures.
- Own and address accommodation needs for all employees, collaborating with leaders.
- Maintain accurate accommodation data tracking.
- Support HR teams in the execution of engagement activities.
- Collaborate with HR leaders on internal initiatives to enhance team development, morale, and engagement.
- Coordinate, support, and activate company Social Impact Initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in diversity & inclusion, special education, rehabilitation services, or developmental disabilities.
- Advanced degree or certification in diversity & inclusion, special education, or rehabilitation service management preferred.
- Fluency or basics in ASL preferred, but not required.
- Subject matter expertise on the ADA, ADAAA, and other laws pertaining to people with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively give and receive feedback professionally and respectfully.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
3+ years in diversity & inclusion, special education, rehabilitation services, or developmental disabilities.
Advanced degree or certification in relevant fields preferred.
