Saint Louis Maintenance Engineer

- Lead the deployment of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) 'CARL SOURCE' as the primary point of contact.
- Continue populating the CMMS database by adding missing production resources.
- Create maintenance plans for currently non-existent routines.
- Implement available indicators in the CMMS tool, such as failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance delays.
- Introduce new modules into the CMMS, including digitized documentation of production resources and spare parts inventory management.
- Manage purchase requests and order processing.
- Develop factory plans for energy resources like electricity, gas, water, and compressed air.
- Contribute to the implementation of the 5S methodology in the maintenance workshop.
- Conduct technical studies for continuous improvement, including plan creation, supplier consultations, and project management.
- Participate in new investment projects.
- Pursuing a three-year apprenticeship to obtain a generalist engineering degree.
- Curiosity and a strong inclination for hands-on work.
- Excellent service orientation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and suppliers.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in hands-on engineering and maintenance is essential.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
