- Prepare comprehensive briefs for new product development.
- Conduct detailed marketing analyses of competitors.
- Enhance market knowledge and understanding of the design sector.
- Analyze the performance of previous product launches.
- Collaborate on new product development with key stakeholders, including regular visits to the Saint-Louis manufacturing site.
- Work on pricing strategies and oversee packaging development.
- Serve as the primary contact for information on new products.
- Assist in creating commercial presentations and sales arguments for new collections.
- Manage the update and rationalization of the product catalog, including coordination with agencies and printers.
- Oversee logistics and quality assurance for product photo shoots.
- Monitor and manage budgetary aspects related to product development activities.
- Master's degree in Management or Marketing from a business school, university, or equivalent institution.
- Previous experience in marketing.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Creativity and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Interest in craftsmanship, lifestyle, design, and architecture.
Previous experience in a marketing role is required.
Master's degree in Management or Marketing.
