- Oversee the Hot Glass Workshop, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes within the sector.
- Manage a production team of approximately 25 employees, including 20 glassmakers, across three production lines operating on a 3x8 schedule.
- Facilitate the production of semi-finished crystal items to be completed by the Cold Glass sector.
- Utilize materials supplied by the crystal factory's basin furnace.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes, focusing on repetitive, low-value, or high-strain tasks.
- Promote a safety culture in alignment with HSE policies.
- Analyze HSE results and define associated action plans.
- Control equipment usage, establish safety protocols, and ensure procedural compliance.
- Train, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a process-oriented culture.
- Establish and conduct daily operational routines.
- Define team training plans and organize production operations.
- Coordinate production scheduling with the planning department.
- Monitor daily production indicators and quality results, implementing necessary actions.
- Provide technical support during production changes and product development.
- Ensure first-level maintenance processes are adopted by the production team.
- Deploy continuous improvement standards to achieve production goals.
- Propose and implement solutions for process improvement and reliability.
- Technical degree (engineering, production, industrial/mechanical engineering) or equivalent Bac +5 qualification.
- Significant experience in a relevant field.
- Strong field orientation and active project participation.
