Saint Louis Assistant HSE Manager

- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Support the HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
- Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with external bodies and regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Certification in HSE management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
