1. Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
2. Support the HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
4. Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff.
5. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
6. Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
7. Liaise with external bodies and regulatory agencies as necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
2. Certification in HSE management or equivalent.

1. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
