3. Collaborate with the reception and back-office teams to ensure seamless visitor experiences.
4. Advise and assist visitors in the boutique to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain continuous engagement with clients to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance client interactions.
7. Occasionally represent the brand in the boutique or during paid tastings as per scheduling needs.

1. Fluent in French, English, and a third language (German, Portuguese, Italian, or Dutch).
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
