5. Participate in client lunches or dinners as requested.
6. Work with the sommelier team to provide detailed champagne tastings.
7. Assist visitors in the boutique and facilitate sales.
8. Provide requested information and solutions to visitors.
9. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to CRM development.
10. Stay informed about industry news and trends.
