1. Serve as a key figure in delivering a unique customer experience to both French and international visitors.
2. Collaborate with the Reception and Visits team, as well as the Back Office, to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
3. Convey the brand's values, heritage, creativity, and ambitions passionately throughout the customer journey.
4. Conduct guided tours of the cellars and lead champagne tastings, sharing insights and expertise.
5. Assist visitors in the boutique, providing guidance and facilitating purchases.
6. Research and provide solutions to visitor inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
9. Occasionally represent the brand in the boutique or during paid tastings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to adapt to diverse clients and dynamic situations.
3. Proficiency in French and English, with a third language preferred (ideally German).
4. Strong digital literacy and communication tool proficiency.
5. Excellent presentation and group speaking abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
