- Convey the brand's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity to clients.
- Advise French and international clientele on all product categories available in the boutique and introduce them to the Maison's universe.
- Deliver exceptional service, develop a deep understanding of clients, and identify their desires, including personalized packaging.
- Adapt to each client and situation in a constantly evolving environment.
- Take initiatives to consistently meet or exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
- Ensure client satisfaction and propose memorable and surprising experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the boutique manager.
- Research requested information and provide solutions to ensure clients are never left waiting.
- Maintain privileged relationships with clients to foster loyalty and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
- Participate in inventory, stock replenishment, and organization. Handle administrative management of shipments.
- Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and assist with merchandising changes. Stay informed on industry news.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3 – Master 1)
- Fluency in French and English, with a potential third language.
- Rigorous, organized, proactive, professional, autonomous, available, and team-oriented.
- Adaptability and interest in the luxury sector (experience in retail or luxury hospitality is preferred).
Beginner level experience required, ideally in retail or luxury hospitality.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3 – Master 1)
