- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects at the production site, collaborating with the production manager and various teams.
- Independently manage a continuous improvement project, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
- Assist in maintaining ISO certifications, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and standard training.
- Final-year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
- Previous industrial experience in change management or continuous improvement is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and integration skills, with the ability to unite teams around ideas.
- Organized, analytical, and creative with a rigorous approach.
- Proficient in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
Entry-level, suitable for students with some industrial experience.
Final-year student in an engineering program specializing in industrial management.
